Position: Wealth Management - Relationship Manager Germany

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced WM Relationship Manager for the German Market to join the team in Zürich. Our client is a private bank in the German wealth management and private banking market, and we are looking for a driven individual to help manage and grow their wealth management relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with (ultra) high net worth clients in the German market

- Provide comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions to clients, including investment strategies, asset allocation, and risk management

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and ensure all client needs are met

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling to existing clients

- Stay up-to-date on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and reports in compliance with company policies and regulations

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management in the German market

- Proven track record of acquiring new, managing and growing client relationships

- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and risk management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and German, knowledge of French is a plus

- CFA, CIIA, CIWM or other relevant certifications are considered an asset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Willingness to travel within Germany as needed

- Curious and AI-literate
